Meet Coach Nicole

Nicole is a certified personal trainer and post-rehab specialist with over 12 years of experience helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and feel more at home

in their bodies.

She specializes in women’s health and supports both men and women in aging actively and independently. Her work includes supporting clients through early-stage Parkinson’s, cancer recovery, and post-stroke rehabilitation.

Nicole works with older adults in both private and community settings, providing thoughtful, individualized support that meets each person where they are.

Her approach is calm, supportive, and focused on helping clients feel safe, capable, and confident in their movement.
